Frequently asked questions

What if I don't know which package I need?

That's completely fine. Tell us what you want cleaned and the condition of the vehicle. We'll help you choose.

Do very dirty vehicles cost more?

Sometimes. Excessive pet hair, heavy mud, sand, stains, trash or restoration-level cleaning can require additional labor. We'll discuss the price before beginning.

Can I get a membership right away?

The vehicle needs to be in maintenance condition first. An initial Full or Premium Detail may be required.

Can you detail multiple vehicles?

Yes. Ask about scheduling multiple vehicles at the same location.

Clear expectations help us provide dependable service and protect both the customer and CK Mobile Detailing.

Quotes & vehicle condition

Quotes are based on the vehicle size, information, and current photos provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted when the actual condition or required labor is substantially different. Any change will be discussed before additional work begins.

Please remove valuables, cash, firearms, important documents, medications, and fragile personal items before service. CK Mobile Detailing is not responsible for items left unsecured in the vehicle.

Pre-existing damage & results

We may photograph the vehicle before and after service to document condition and completed work. Existing scratches, chips, cracks, worn materials, loose trim, failing clear coat, damaged upholstery, or other pre-existing defects are not caused or repaired by normal detailing.

We work carefully to improve stains, odors, pet hair, scratches, and other defects, but complete removal or correction cannot be guaranteed in every case.

Appointments, access & weather

The vehicle must be legally and safely accessible at the scheduled location. Please provide enough space for us to work around the vehicle. Mobile appointments may need to be delayed or rescheduled when weather or site conditions make the work unsafe or prevent a quality result.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit before a future booking.

Travel, payment & maintenance

Travel fees may apply outside our core Morgan and Logan County service area and will be disclosed before the appointment. Multiple vehicles at one location may qualify for combined scheduling or a quoted discount.

Payment is due when service is completed unless another arrangement is agreed to in advance. Monthly Membership pricing is a discounted recurring maintenance rate and is intended for vehicles already kept in maintenance condition; an initial Full or Premium Detail may be required.

These policies are general service terms. A specific written estimate or agreement for an appointment may include additional job-specific terms.

We do not sell customer personal information. Information may be handled by service providers we use for ordinary business functions such as email, website hosting, communications, payment processing, or recordkeeping. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your detailing service.

Vehicle photos may be retained as part of the quote or service record. We will not use identifiable customer or vehicle photos for advertising or social media without permission.
